oracle 更改账号密码使用pfile启动oracle实例时，启动失败—db_recovery_file_dest参数值在os上不存在。

nomount时，会进行必要的参数检查，检查不通过，nomount会不成功。
并且检查不通过，相关的错误信息只会在sqlplus中输出，不会再alert里边输出。
